Session 1 is filled with inspiring innovative fundraising approaches from across our Panda network. From marketing partnerships to transformational engagements with corporates to subscription-based business networks and employee engagement membership platforms. These examples might unlock new ideas on how to approach partnerships in your local context. There may even be some approaches you want to explore replicating.
⚙️ Learn & apply innovation tools.
In both sessions, we introduce innovation tools and frameworks that are applicable to exploring the replication of these existing fundraising partnerships and approaches. These tools and methods can also be applied to prioritising any bunch of ideas, fleshing them out, and turning (some of) them into experiments/validation tests.
Session 1 will take you approximately 1-1.5 hours. It's a 40-minute recording sharing the inspiring examples. We then introduce two tools you can practice right away.
Session 2 will take you about 45 minutes to go through (20 minutes of video + time to practice the tools) + a bit of work post-session to plan and set up your experiments.
