What are we learning here?

Design thinking is a human-centered innovation methodology used by teams and individual to tackle problems. In the appetizer, we will getting an overview of Design Thinking and understanding the steps involved in the process:

  • Step 1: Empathy
  • Step 2: Define
  • Step 3: Ideate
  • Step 4: Prototype
  • Step 5: Test & Iterate

Each step is accompanied with a WWF colleague sharing his experience with you. This way in the course you will get both a general overview of the method but also understand how it can be useful in your work.
