One of the biggest barriers to innovation is a lack of capacity. People just don't have the time to invest hours and hours into learning and applying new principles. This course has been streamlined to just 2 hours per week. And it is a combination of self-paced modules that you can do whenever you have some free time together with hour-long group work sessions.

This course has been designed with immediately applicability in mind. Innovation tools should make your day to day work experience more productive - not be an add on. Each topic includes a list of optional modules so that you can choose only the resources that will be of benefit to you. By the end of the course you will have an action of plan of how to apply what you've learnt to your own work.

All of our content is tailored to show you how these innovation tools and resources can be applied in our own context. That means we prioritise learning from each other through our group sessions, building networks within WWF and showing examples of how Pandas have benefited from these resources.
